*The BANDAI NAMCO ID from your entry for the closed beta test will be required for gameplay.

*After installing the application, launch "Launcher" and log in.

You can use a Google or Facebook account to log in to "Launcher" (this login is different from your BANDAI NAMCO ID).

*You can install the test application up to the day of the closed beta test.

Installing the application in advance and making preparations for access may make the procedures go more smoothly on the day of the test.

*Data transmissions will occur after the application installation until the gameplay begins.

We recommend downloading using a strong internet connection.

- Launcher download: Approximately 150 MB

- Application download: Approximately 4.5 - 5.0 GB 

- Initial asset download: Approximately 600 MB(this download will occur on the day of the closed beta test).

Some PC security software may prevent proper gameplay.

If you are unable to perform proper gameplay,please try turning off your security software or whitelisting the folder where the game software is installed.

1. Click on the [Click "Install" to install the application] button on this page to install "web_installer.exe" on your PC, then launch the installer.

2. Please click on the [ "Install" ] button.

After installation is complete, a shortcut for the "DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME" test play application will be created on your desktop.

3.Please launch "DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME" on your desktop.

The following login screen will appear.

① If you have a Google account or a Facebook account, choose "CONTINUE WITH GOOGLE" or "CONTINUE WITH FACEBOOK."

② If you have an Xsolla account, enter your information and log in.

③ If you do not have an account, you can create an Xsolla account by clicking "SIGN UP."

*This is not the login screen for your BANDAI NAMCO ID.

4.After login is complete, the following screen will appear.

Click on the blue "INSTALL" button on the screen to install the game application.

The game download will begin.

*If "Settings" opens, please click on the place framed in red.

Depending on the status of the game application, the blue button may say "UPDATE." In such cases, click on the "UPDATE" button.

5. When the download is complete, the blue button the screen should say "PLAY."

This completes the gameplay preparations.

The procedure up to this point can be performed before the day of the closed beta test.

If you complete these steps before the day of the test, the test play may go more smoothly.

1. Once the time of the closed beta test has arrived, click on the blue "PLAY" button on the screen.

2. The title screen will appear.Click on the screen.

3. A BANDAI NAMCO ID login screen will appear.

Enter the BANDAI NAMCO ID information from your entry for this test.

After entering your BANDAI NAMCO ID, the terms of use and a privacy policy agreement will appear. You must agree to these in order to participate in test play.

If your browser is not set to allow pop-ups and redirects, you may not be able to return to the game after entering your BANDAI NAMCO ID.

Please set your browser to allow pop-ups and redirects.

*These settings are available in your browser's "Privacy and Security" settings or similar settings.

4. After logging in with your BANDAI NAMCO ID, the initial game download will start.

*Participants are responsible for any expenses related to their internet connection.

*Game visuals are under development.

After the download is complete, you can start gameplay.
